They are selling them as pencil holders. At mine they were at the front of the store on a rack by baseball cards(just in case you want to look for them). I also found the perfect trash bags for them. Those bags they make to pick up dog poop on walks work great.
These are really cool. Congrats on finding them. I'll have to keep a lookout for them at my Dollar Tree. Thanks.
